Spectators: 7706 (Terracing: 5781, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Mees in the 3rd minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, FC Henter Somosd's goalkeeper Paulo Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joonatan Van Landewijck. 18 minutes into the match, Minion Mim's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Mees came free, but Mitch Lauwers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Minion Mim booed when FC Henter Somosd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnd Schade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joonatan Van Landewijck hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Frank Mees notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers. Mitch Lauwers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Mees in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Mattijs De Worteleer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mitch Lauwers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Mees, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mitch Lauwers came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Henter Somosd's Frank Mees. But to his dismay, Frank Mees quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Mitch Lauwers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Mees, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Dolf Dobbelaere got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half FC Henter Somosd were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Mees stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dolf Dobbelaere kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Dolf Dobbelaere got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 65th minute Joonatan Van Landewijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mitch Lauwers was a little too slow when Frank Mees got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-4. FC Henter Somosd made a substitution. Bart van Goetsenhoven replaced Arnd Schade. Mattijs De Worteleer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Leão having to interfere. In the 75th minute Tamás Antal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mitch Lauwers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Minion Mim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bart van Goetsenhoven was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Henter Somosd's players had a chance to rest. Mitch Lauwers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tamás Antal's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Leão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Frank Mees made a precise shot to the right of Mitch Lauwers. Minion Mim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The Minion Mim supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Henter Somosd's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Henter Somosd.
