Klemens Huffschmid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mitch Lauwers having to interfere. Denis Conincx succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 8th playminute. 14 minutes into the match, Axel Davus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mitch Lauwers, 3-0. In the 17th minute of the match, Axel Davus got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mitch Lauwers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Freddy Tilens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 20th minute of the match. Freddy Tilens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joonatan Van Landewijck, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaun McLae in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Denis Conincx got a free kick in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Joonatan Van Landewijck came free, but Freddy Tilens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Denis Conincx hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattijs De Worteleer in the 37th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Freddy Tilens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Joonatan Van Landewijck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mitch Lauwers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Davus in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Minion Mim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Will Wipp to maneuver through the defense. If Shaun McLae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joonatan Van Landewijck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mitch Lauwers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klemens Huffschmid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute of the match KFC Paal-Tervant got a corner. Minion Mim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 林振岚 ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Leandro da Fonseca heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 61st minute Ernst Herinckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65thth minute of the game Axel Davus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minion Mim's Mitch Lauwers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Minion Mim's Mattijs De Worteleer got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Davus in the 72nd minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Davus in the 73rd minute of play. KFC Paal-Tervant's Freddy Tilens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Paal-Tervant from getting a goal against them. Freddy Tilens had great luck who in the 74thth minute grab hold of the ball when Joonatan Van Landewijck from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Mitch Lauwers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Conincx in the 79th minute of play. Denis Conincx was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mitch Lauwers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Conincx in the 85th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Minion Mim's Freddy Tilens threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernst Herinckx, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 95 minutes into the match, Axel Davus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mitch Lauwers. Minion Mim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Davus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Minion Mim players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for KFC Paal-Tervant.
