Leon Wojno ran back to his position shaking his head. Leon Wojno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Sérgio Vargas made a huge save. In the 11th minute, Arrigo Verdecchia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The FC GURZUN fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when FC GURZUN's Nikolas Kafkalas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Patrido in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saveliy Elin saved Anabolic Boys from getting behind. The throw-in from Jerry Saville in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Anabolic Boys's Karl Trulsson. In the 20th minute Alexandru Ghionea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saveliy Elin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goalkeeper Sérgio Vargas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Wojno. Anabolic Boys's Leon Wojno got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Nikolas Kafkalas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saveliy Elin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes FC GURZUN got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Madaio. In the 43rd minute, Leon Wojno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sérgio Vargas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nikolas Kafkalas made a kick off. Anabolic Boys's Saveliy Elin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Anabolic Boys from getting a goal against them. Saveliy Elin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandru Ghionea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elinór Elin during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Anabolic Boys support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
