FC GURZUN were furious when Joakim Andersson was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 35th minute, one of FC GURZUN:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC GURZUN. FC GURZUN:s Sérgio Vargas showed great skill when he stopped Haşmet Derman:s penalty. Yusuf Ziya Özkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Madaio in the 41st minute of the match. Tunç Belge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ettore Madaio to make the kick off. Yusuf Ziya Özkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Patrido in the 51st minute of play. Abdurrahman Gulson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yusuf Ziya Özkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Hurmuzache in the 59th minute of the match. Ferry Porsche who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Sérgio Vargas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of FC GURZUN booed when ---Atam Osmanlı--- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferry Porsche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yusuf Ziya Özkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nae Hurmuzache, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Ferry Porsche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sérgio Vargas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC GURZUN's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 72ndth minute of the game Nae Hurmuzache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Yusuf Ziya Özkan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 74 in the game by Ferry Porsche from a close distance when the talented Sérgio Vargas managed to make a qualified save. FC GURZUN's players were relieved. ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Yusuf Ziya Özkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Patrido in the 76th minute of play. Sérgio Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdurrahman Gulson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. ---Atam Osmanlı---'s André Iniesta was substituted for Abdurrahman Gulson. ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Ahmet Korkut Bengialp was substituted for Adamantios Tziolis.
