Trabzonspor were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after ROSÁRIO SPORT's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Agah Özver took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agah Özver got free with Luiz Corrêa in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agah Özver who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Luiz Corrêa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Agah Özver scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Lucio Claus with Guter Acosta as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tor Hjeltman hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agah Özver in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor's goal looked a bit too open when Tor Hjeltman came free, but Yunus Civan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Tor Hjeltman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ROSÁRIO SPORT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Tor Hjeltman took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yunus Civan. Yunus Civan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 29th minute, Agah Özver fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Luiz Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedrettin Özaktuğ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bedrettin Özaktuğ scored 2-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Trabzonspor's İsmet Yalçıner managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wambasther Gattuso in the 41 minute of the game. In the 42nd minute, Trabzonspor's Duran Ersan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agah Özver in the 45th minute of play. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Wambasther Gattuso managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by İsmet Yalçıner in the 46 minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

ROSÁRIO SPORT's Yu Bin Yi was substituted for Jay Garrick. In the 52nd minute Sigvard Rosendal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yunus Civan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ROSÁRIO SPORT were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Trabzonspor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tor Hjeltman took the corner. When Trabzonspor's Agah Özver in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Trabzonspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yu Bin Yi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. In the 80th minute Noel Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yunus Civan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Silveira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yunus Civan came out and tried to block the shot, but Noel Silveira slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 84th minute. Luiz Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Otsando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Alejo Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trabzonspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Otsando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Corrêa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Trabzonspor defense, Noel Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yunus Civan. The Trabzonspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yunus Civan should have stopped the shot. The ROSÁRIO SPORT supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ROSÁRIO SPORT would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
