Matías Patrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Karlberg in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the game Bengt-Rune Groth made a throw-in which Sonny Karlberg played forward. Sonny Karlberg scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matías Patrone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 minutes, Oliver Bierhoff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Delfines and the Vejbystrand players grew even worse after the yellow card. Matías Patrone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Karlberg in the 20th minute of the match. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Anselius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Delfines's Matías Patrone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moisés Queiroga in the 25th minute of play. Vejbystrand's Bengt-Rune Groth managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by José Luis Brown in the 27 minute of the game. Moisés Queiroga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matías Patrone having to make a save. 龙挺卫 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Bierhoff's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute Raimundo Goyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 龙挺卫 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute of the game José Luis Brown made a throw-in which Lu Bin Yuan played forward. Perivaldo de Lima hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Sonny Karlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Patrone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moisés Queiroga made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Lu Bin Yuan came free, but 龙挺卫 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vejbystrand made a substitution. Harald Ennegren replaced Moisés Queiroga. Javier Peyo made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vejbystrand's Alex Burton. When Oliver Bierhoff came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Los Delfines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Bierhoff couldn't finish the play. Los Delfines made a substitution. Victor Jerrold replaced Oran Gutti. Matías Patrone made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Harald Ennegren sent off a good shot on target. 龙挺卫 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Pliszka in the 80th minute of the match. Zachary Pliszka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
