To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Philotimo made a substitution. Magno Aparecido replaced Mister Trump. Didier Lafargue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Aparecido in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Didier Lafargue, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vitomir Vutov made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Renan Bouzat sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Magno Aparecido made a precise shot to the right of Didier Lafargue. R.C. Marseille's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After some careless play in the R.C.
