The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyrille Melon got free with Kepa Arrizabalaga in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. EoDu Uai Sôccer's Kepa Arrizabalaga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save EoDu Uai Sôccer from getting a goal against them. Kepa Arrizabalaga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cyrille Melon in the 11th minute. In the 17th match minute, EoDu Uai Sôccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertuğrul Ulutaş to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Cyrille Melon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga. EoDu Uai Sôccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cyrille Melon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Cyrille Melon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Kepa Arrizabalaga made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cyrille Melon in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kepa Arrizabalaga saved EoDu Uai Sôccer from getting behind. Kepa Arrizabalaga made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Cyrille Melon sent off a good shot on target. After 43 played minutes EoDu Uai Sôccer got a freekick which was hit by Endrik Halland. Mihail Toader in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust managed to get in a good position for a shot. EoDu Uai Sôccer's supporters rose to their feet, but Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Didier Lafargue breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Endrik Halland to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bommareddy D'AoustDaoust in the 53rd minute of play forced R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Didier Lafargue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, EoDu Uai Sôccer's Endrik Halland got a free kick in the 58th minute. If Renan Bouzat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Bouzat in the 69th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihail Toader in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kepa Arrizabalaga saved EoDu Uai Sôccer from getting behind. In the 76thth minute of the game Mihail Toader who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EoDu Uai Sôccer's Kepa Arrizabalaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Mihail Toader sped through EoDu Uai Sôccer's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kepa Arrizabalaga. R.C. Marseille made a substitution. Djibril Mourot replaced Mihail Toader. 80 minutes into the match, EoDu Uai Sôccer's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Bouzat came free, but Kepa Arrizabalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djibril Mourot in the 82nd minute of play forced EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kepa Arrizabalaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyrille Melon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Bouzat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Cyrille Melon notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of EoDu Uai Sôccer's Kepa Arrizabalaga. Kepa Arrizabalaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. R.C. Marseille walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
