The audience was convinced that Lucio Eladio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thom Threepwood was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Stéphane Brault took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Malheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Malheiro came free, but Stéphane Brault reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stéphane Brault came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Radiohead Freaks Club's Jairo Malheiro. But to his dismay, Jairo Malheiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Thom Threepwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feyyaz Erol in the 43rd minute of the match. Radiohead Freaks Club's Thom Threepwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feyyaz Erol in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Jairo Malheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Brault saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucio Eladio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Wilhelm Lindqvist. Stéphane Brault made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 53rd minute of play. After 76 minutes, Cordera Abella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pepsi Fuchibol Clu and the Radiohead Freaks Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Cordera Abella got a free kick in the 76th minute. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Tiso Abarca was substituted for Ciprian Joldea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayo Mario in the 78th minute of play forced Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Stéphane Brault to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayo Mario took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stéphane Brault. Stéphane Brault dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Radiohead Freaks Club's Roger Bålström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wilhelm Lindqvist in the 83 minute of the game. Cayo Mario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stéphane Brault having to make a save. Stéphane Brault showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayo Mario, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After some careless play in the Radiohead Freaks Club defense, Lucio Eladio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thom Threepwood. The Radiohead Freaks Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thom Threepwood should have stopped the shot. Beti Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pepsi Fuchibol Clu players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Radiohead Freaks Club.
