De Kasteelheren's Bram Reinhard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Ratulowski in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in De Kasteelheren's zone, Mariusz Ratulowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bram Reinhard came out of the goal and Mariusz Ratulowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Mariusz Ratulowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Kasteelheren's Bram Reinhard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bram Reinhard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inaki Mirabal in the 36th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on De Kasteelheren's corner Hayden Hoebe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abelardo Janpier quite easily take care of the ball. In the 42nd minute, De Kasteelheren's Harold Rodenboog dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 46th minute, Arif Ensar İsmet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Janpier was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inácio Amaral to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, De Kasteelheren's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Nafarroa came free, but Bram Reinhard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Ratulowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Bram Reinhard made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Mariusz Ratulowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 59th minute, Harold Rodenboog made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo Janpier. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Abelardo Janpier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Vorenkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. De Kasteelheren's Bram Reinhard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save De Kasteelheren from getting a goal against them. Bram Reinhard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariusz Ratulowski's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute Ildefonso Foro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bram Reinhard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, De Kasteelheren was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. Mariusz Ratulowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Bram Reinhard made a huge save. The supporters of De Kasteelheren booed when Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inaki Mirabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo Janpier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harold Rodenboog, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Abelardo Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Amaral in the 84th minute of play. Mariusz Ratulowski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
