In the 3rd minute, Alf Nøttveit left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suleskard fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 5th match minute, Suleskard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Molland to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Molland came free, but Koit Vaikma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koit Vaikma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Molland in the 14th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Suleskard's goalkeeper Rodrigo Huilipan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Alonso. Suleskard's Rodrigo Huilipan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Suleskard from getting a goal against them. Suleskard's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Mauseth in the 23rd minute. Daniel Mauseth made a great header on Suleskard's corner, it was just that Vila's Koit Vaikma managed to reach the ball for a save. Kent Røvik kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Koit Vaikma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Molland in the 29th minute of play. Rodrigo Huilipan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Alonso in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torjus Fjellheim in the 37th minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Koit Vaikma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Denis Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Molland came free, but Koit Vaikma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 minutes, Denis Alonso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila and the Suleskard players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Vila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Alonso to maneuver through the defense. Vila's Durvalino Vinhas was substituted for Denis Alonso. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Durvalino Vinhas made the kick off in the second half. Torjus Fjellheim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Koit Vaikma made a huge save. In the 67th minute Durvalino Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Huilipan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Suleskard booed when Vila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janar Haas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vila's Yin Nan Feng was substituted for Rauno Koba. After 70 played minutes Vila got a freekick which was hit by Janar Haas. Koit Vaikma made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Alf Nøttveit sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Molland in the 83rd minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Koit Vaikma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alf Nøttveit took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Koit Vaikma. Koit Vaikma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Koit Vaikma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alf Nøttveit in the 92nd minute. When Suleskard's Fredrik Molland in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vila's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th minute, Kent Røvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Koit Vaikma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Molland in the 98th minute of the match. Suleskard's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
