Team Pogba's Lech Urban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Passot in the 18th minute of play. Lech Urban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yves Passot went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Bennvar Nickler came free, but Christophe Troxler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Yves Passot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lech Urban. Team Pogba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yves Passot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 40th minute, Bennvar Nickler fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Christophe Troxler, passed just outside the right post. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Nickler in the 41st minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bennvar Nickler stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bennvar Nickler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennvar Nickler in the 62nd minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bennvar Nickler might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christophe Troxler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bennvar Nickler ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Betadur Medel got a free kick in the 68th minute. Bennvar Nickler struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Christophe Troxler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Pogba. Team Pogba's Sander Roeles was substituted for Louie Mulford. After a rather tough play, Team Pogba's Sören Goethals got a free kick in the 78th minute. Bennvar Nickler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Montevideo City Torque's Betadur Medel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Bennvar Nickler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christophe Troxler having to make a save. Chants of Montevideo City Torque echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Team Pogba had held the ball for most of the match.
