Zayvion Ispuzua received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maximino Merexildo came out and tried to block the shot, but Zayvion Ispuzua slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 24th minute. In the 29th minute Paco Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Zayvion Ispuzua's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Merexildo was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Honorio Celino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilmar Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goal looked a bit too open when Paco Sancho came free, but Gilmar Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Levandowsky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Levandowsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute Honorio Justin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goalkeeper Gilmar Quadros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Justin. Barcelona de América's Robin Puttemans was substituted for Thomas Ravousis. Lázaro Quintana made in the 98th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lukasz Zembrzuski immediately put the ball in play.
