AJ Juventus FC's Duško Zambata got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Duško Zambata came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the AJ Juventus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duško Zambata couldn't finish the play. Duško Zambata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilmar Quadros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Damian Zahonero in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Barcelona de América's Félix Torres. Hu Sen Jing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duško Zambata in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilmar Quadros saved Barcelona de América from getting behind. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barcelona de América's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damian Zahonero was slow to take the kick. During this time AJ Juventus FC's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Barcelona de América's Gilmar Quadros got control of the ball when Sidoro Pedron tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Caetano Levandowsky to make the kick off. In the 77th minute Cosme Reno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidoro Pedron took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilmar Quadros. Gilmar Quadros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidoro Pedron in the 89th minute of play forced Barcelona de América's goalkeeper Gilmar Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwidon Kaczor hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Félix Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Gwidon Kaczor made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barcelona de América's Félix Torres. The audience was convinced that Caetano Levandowsky's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mambru Puertas was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
