After taking down the ball on FC Kolos's corner Boleslaw Grajewski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rodolfo Salgado quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilton Vale in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geovani Baiano saved FC Kolos from getting behind. TAQUARI FC's Rodolfo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Bjurström in the 19th minute of play. Tykhon Burdiyan charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tykhon Burdiyan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilton Vale to make the kick off. The referee ignored TAQUARI FC's protests and gave Chupan Doar a yellow card for diving instead. Chupan Doar hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
