In the 6th minute of the match Club Vertigo got a corner. MetalGarurumon F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wang Jun Bo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Club Vertigo's Wang Jun Bo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Silvino Domingo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Otto Snell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Ovidiu Caranfil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 15 minutes into the game, Otto Snell lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Ovidiu Caranfil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Gos in the 18th minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Caranfil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otto Snell's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Otto Snell put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. After 29 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Well-Well Benne. 30 minutes into the game, Otto Snell lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Ovidiu Caranfil. MetalGarurumon F.C's Silvino Domingo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Panțuru in the 46th minute of play. Silvino Domingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Panțuru, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. MetalGarurumon F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
