Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) Froghino's Jiří Skrbek started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Melker Gudmundsson fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Balverliefd's protests and gave Melker Gudmundsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Froghino booed when SV Balverliefd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melker Gudmundsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Homan in the 7th minute of play. Yorrick Zoethout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Kunovský, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steven Homan in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radislav Hošťálek saved Froghino from getting behind. In the 15th minute SV Balverliefd were awarded a corner. Felix van As went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Melker Gudmundsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Radislav Hošťálek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Froghino's zone, Steven Homan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radislav Hošťálek came out of the goal and Steven Homan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's goal looked a bit too open when Jiří Skrbek came free, but Yorrick Zoethout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Jiří Skrbek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Yorrick Zoethout was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Steven Homan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radislav Hošťálek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match SV Balverliefd got a corner. Froghino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felix van As ran over to the corner to take the kick. Felix van As made a great header on SV Balverliefd's corner, it was just that Froghino's Radislav Hošťálek managed to reach the ball for a save. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiří Skrbek in the 40th minute of play. Radislav Hošťálek was a little too slow when Steven Homan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Jiří Skrbek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Froghino's supporters rose to their feet, but Jiří Skrbek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yorrick Zoethout breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Steven Homan to strike the kick off in the second half. Felix van As received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Radislav Hošťálek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steven Homan struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Radislav Hošťálek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Balverliefd. In the 63rd minute Jiří Skrbek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yorrick Zoethout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by František Vavřina in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SV Balverliefd's Philippe-Arnaud Van Cleijnenbreugel. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steven Homan in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radislav Hošťálek saved Froghino from getting behind. SV Balverliefd's Yorrick Zoethout proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save SV Balverliefd from getting a goal against them.
