The supporters of TaTeRo Boys booed when SV Balverliefd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix van As didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steven Homan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardinho Sharkin came out and tried to block the shot, but Steven Homan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Yorrick Zoethout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Min Hero, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Bernardinho Sharkin was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Steven Homan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Steven Homan really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. TaTeRo Boys's Bernardinho Sharkin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save TaTeRo Boys from getting a goal against them. After 23 minutes of play, TaTeRo Boys's Min Hero made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yorrick Zoethout was left in no man's land by his defense there! TaTeRo Boys's Bernardinho Sharkin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save TaTeRo Boys from getting a goal against them. Yorrick Zoethout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká Pontes in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, TaTeRo Boys's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jyrki Kujanpää fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steven Homan in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardinho Sharkin saved TaTeRo Boys from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldão Félix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaká Pontes in the 53rd minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Yorrick Zoethout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugênio Hermes during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes TaTeRo Boys got a freekick which was hit by Eugênio Hermes. 57 minutes into the match, SV Balverliefd's Steven Homan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardinho Sharkin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 58 minutes TaTeRo Boys's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felix van As who took care of the corner kick. Bernardinho Sharkin came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Balverliefd's Steven Homan. But to his dismay, Steven Homan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Steven Homan took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardinho Sharkin. Bernardinho Sharkin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. In the 77th minute, Philippe-Arnaud Van Cleijnenbreugel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SV Balverliefd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steven Homan in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardinho Sharkin saved TaTeRo Boys from getting behind. A collision led to TaTeRo Boys getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eugênio Hermes hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, TaTeRo Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Homan came free, but Bernardinho Sharkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yorrick Zoethout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldão Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yorrick Zoethout made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Kaká Pontes sent off a good shot on target. TaTeRo Boys's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
