The audience was convinced that Maciej Jaworski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christof Deroek was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 4th match minute, Lekko Spoceni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argetim Sur to maneuver through the defense. Christof Deroek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Jaworski, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. With a little luck, Lekko Spoceni's Mikolaj Szotek got control of the ball when Johnathan Bowden tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mikolaj Szotek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnathan Bowden in the 13th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maciej Jaworski in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christof Deroek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Jaworski in the 25th minute of play forced Selebi-Phikwe's goalkeeper Christof Deroek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Victor Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikolaj Szotek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Lundqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Desiderio Ibañez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christof Deroek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Desiderio Ibañez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christof Deroek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Selebi-Phikwe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Lekko Spoceni made a substitution. Eder Aleixo replaced Jiří Bažant. Mikolaj Szotek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abid Bubalo in the 63rd minute of the match. Lekko Spoceni's Mikolaj Szotek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnathan Bowden in the 64th minute of play. The Selebi-Phikwe fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 76 minutes into the match, Selebi-Phikwe's goalkeeper Christof Deroek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Ibañez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnathan Bowden in the 79th minute of play forced Lekko Spoceni's goalkeeper Mikolaj Szotek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Szotek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abid Bubalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christof Deroek came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lekko Spoceni's Marc-André Van Bastén. But to his dismay, Marc-André Van Bastén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. The supporters of Lekko Spoceni booed when Selebi-Phikwe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Tudose didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Marc-André Van Bastén had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christof Deroek. Selebi-Phikwe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marc-André Van Bastén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc-André Van Bastén in the 98th minute of play. The Lekko Spoceni players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
