Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Johnathan Bowden kicked off to start the match. Abid Bubalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Cresitobalo in the 7th minute of play. Abid Bubalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Frederico having to interfere. Vinicio Frederico made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johnathan Bowden in the 19th minute. Johnathan Bowden made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 20thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Vinicio Frederico would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Selebi-Phikwe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vlad Tudose in the 21st minute. Abid Bubalo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vinicio Frederico having to make a save. Christof Deroek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antim Drashanski in the 31st minute of play. When Abid Bubalo came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Selebi-Phikwe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abid Bubalo couldn't finish the play. If Johnathan Bowden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Johnathan Bowden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Vinicio Frederico made a huge save. In the 44th minute Antim Drashanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christof Deroek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto Estevon made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Barsa FC's Norberto Estevon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 55 played minutes Barsa FC got a freekick which was hit by Dick Lundström. In the 56th match minute, Barsa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Lundström to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Selebi-Phikwe getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Per-Oskar Anundsson hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Everardo Cresitobalo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Selebi-Phikwe's Christof Deroek didn't even have to move. A nice corner shot did that Vlad Tudose got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vinicio Frederico quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Christof Deroek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Martine in the 72nd minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Johnathan Bowden put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vinicio Frederico. If Johnathan Bowden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Paulo José Diaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Selebi-Phikwe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barsa FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
