After 4 minutes Wambalamba FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 武 曹操 who took care of the corner kick. Vampiros Aztecas's 武 曹操 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cris Courtois in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 17 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Steckamp came free, but Juan Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wambalamba FC's Cris Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Abeitia in the 19th minute of play. Cris Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Verheydt in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Rolf Weyand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cris Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Verheydt in the 27th minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper Cris Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Finnman in the 29th minute of play. Cris Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Verheydt, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute Ubaldo Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cris Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Thomas Verheydt made the kick off in the second half. Cris Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by 武 曹操 in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Thomas Verheydt could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Cris Courtois however easily saved by the left post. When Wambalamba FC's Robin Steckamp in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vampiros Aztecas's goalie prevented a goal. Thomas Verheydt kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute Robin Steckamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Vampiros Aztecas getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Niklas Sule hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match Brian Finnman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Chayo skillfully saved the ball. If 武 曹操 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute João Carlos Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Wambalamba FC's Brian Finnman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Chayo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Benjamin Wood replaced Elliott Granqvist. In the 74th minute Juarês Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rolf Weyand came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Vampiros Aztecas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolf Weyand couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Wambalamba FC defense, Rolf Weyand kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cris Courtois. The Wambalamba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cris Courtois should have stopped the shot. Hugo Hernandez hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After taking down the ball on Wambalamba FC's corner Brian Finnman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juan Chayo quite easily take care of the ball. Wambalamba FC's Cris Courtois proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Wambalamba FC from getting a goal against them. Rolf Weyand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cris Courtois read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes Vampiros Aztecas got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Abeitia. 94 minutes into the game, Robin Steckamp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Juan Chayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Wambalamba FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
