Despite this Torjus Solvoll quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 12th minute Alex Sági shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torjus Solvoll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Gettrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Alegría came free, but Torjus Solvoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torjus Solvoll stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Sági's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. If Walmyr Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torjus Solvoll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Salles in the 28th minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Dario Alegría who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gettrup SIK's Torjus Solvoll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Gettrup SIK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Absalon Berritsgård hit a great ball. Tarcisio Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zenon Gall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Marcos Buffon made a huge save.

Marcos Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenon Gall in the 50th minute of the match. Marcos Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loui Dyndgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Zenon Gall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Buffon having to interfere. If Dario Alegría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keld Popp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Buffon having to interfere. AVAÍ F.C.'s Rubens Cabral was substituted for Tarcisio Chaves. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loui Dyndgaard in the 65th minute of play forced AVAÍ F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcos Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gettrup SIK's Sebastean Staniok got a free kick in the 79th minute. Marcos Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenon Gall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 played minutes Gettrup SIK got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Gall. Gettrup SIK made a substitution. Sten Vonk replaced Zenon Gall. Zenon Gall kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Torjus Solvoll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Salles in the 91st minute of play. After a rather tough play, AVAÍ F.C.'s Claus Van De Wiele got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Marcos Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loui Dyndgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the AVAÍ F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gettrup SIK.
