The corner ended in Fabricio Magdaleno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento did a great save. A sloppy throw-in by Jacinto Marquez in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Old BaoBaB Accademy's Anfilogino Furia. Emilio Buffone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Herena having to interfere. In the 9th minute Emilio Buffone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Buffone might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Herena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Buffone ran back to his position shaking his head. S. D. Águilas's Americo Herena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Buffone in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Buffone in the 15th minute of play forced S. D. Águilas's goalkeeper Americo Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Emilio Buffone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Americo Herena. S. D. Águilas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilio Buffone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Anfilogino Furia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Americo Herena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Fabiano Violento managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when S. D. Águilas's Fabricio Magdaleno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emilio Buffone scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Herena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Emilio Buffone came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Old BaoBaB Accademy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Buffone couldn't finish the play. Anfilogino Furia scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Herena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto Marquez's late challenge caught a Old BaoBaB Accademy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Marquez helped the player get up and apologised. Emilio Buffone took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Americo Herena. Americo Herena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4.

S. D. Águilas's Fernando Raymond was substituted for Timoteo Isauro. The wind increased when Saul Txordon made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Macedo to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Furia kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Saul Txordon managed to get in a good position for a shot. S. D. Águilas's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Txordon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Violento breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Old BaoBaB Accademy made a substitution. Prince Queen replaced Robert Pirès. Old BaoBaB Accademy made a substitution. Emiliano Giusto replaced Emilio Buffone. After a rather tough play, S. D. Águilas's Domingo Sidro got a free kick in the 76th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Emiliano Giusto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Giusto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Herena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute, Emiliano Giusto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Americo Herena. The goal made the score 1-5. Emiliano Giusto struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Americo Herena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Old BaoBaB Accademy. In the 89th minute, Anfilogino Furia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emiliano Giusto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Herena having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Old BaoBaB Accademy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
