After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for S. D. Águilas! In the 5th minute, the referee gave Old BaoBaB Accademy a penalty. Anfilogino Furia looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Americo Herena. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Giusto in the 7th minute of play forced S. D. Águilas's goalkeeper Americo Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Pirès recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmar Cuarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Fabiano Violento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anfilogino Furia got free with Americo Herena in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Jarl Asklöv got a free kick in the 18th minute. S. D. Águilas's Jacinto Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Emiliano Giusto got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Americo Herena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Giusto in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Giusto in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Americo Herena saved S. D. Águilas from getting behind. Emiliano Giusto might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Herena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Giusto ran back to his position shaking his head. Americo Herena made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Anfilogino Furia sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, S. D. Águilas's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Giusto came free, but Americo Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Giusto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of S. D. Águilas booed when Old BaoBaB Accademy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renos Karaflas didn't get a good kick on the ball. S. D. Águilas's José Sosa was substituted for Christian Lorien. After 49 played minutes Old BaoBaB Accademy got a freekick which was hit by Renos Karaflas. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emiliano Giusto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Giusto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Txordon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Violento having to interfere. Emiliano Giusto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Herena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Emiliano Giusto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Giusto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 played minutes S. D. Águilas got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Magdaleno. 70 minutes into the match, S. D. Águilas's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Buffone came free, but Americo Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Violento acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Domingo Sidro. In the 80th minute Emilio Buffone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Old BaoBaB Accademy got a freekick which was hit by 陆政俊. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Prince Queen was substituted for Robert Pirès. In the 86th minute, 陆政俊 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Buffone in the 92nd minute of play forced S. D. Águilas's goalkeeper Americo Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Raymond's late challenge caught a Old BaoBaB Accademy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Raymond helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, S. D. Águilas's Fernando Raymond got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th match minute, Old BaoBaB Accademy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 陆政俊 to maneuver through the defense. After 96 played minutes S. D. Águilas got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Biraga. S. D. Águilas's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
