The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Amauri Félix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Claus. Jens-Ove Malm struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Rostislav Kulichev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rio Verde F.C CIMZ. 10 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rostislav Kulichev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Claus in the 12th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Amauri Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, TRAFFIC FC's Tzvetan Búnev got a free kick in the 13th minute. Rostislav Kulichev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Malm in the 15th minute of the match. Amauri Félix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Garth Basham in the 24th minute. Jens-Ove Malm scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rostislav Kulichev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th match minute, TRAFFIC FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzvetan Búnev to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Gerardo Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panagiotis Baltas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Panagiotis Baltas made a great header on TRAFFIC FC's corner, it was just that Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Claus in the 54th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Amauri Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Claus came free, but Amauri Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st match minute, TRAFFIC FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzvetan Búnev to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ booed when TRAFFIC FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrey Tzanichev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Marcos Siqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute of the match Panagiotis Baltas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amauri Félix showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amauri Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Baltas in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Jens-Ove Malm ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rostislav Kulichev was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ made a substitution. Ixona Mascarañas replaced Mitchel Bakker. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Israel Vidal was substituted for Stoyadin Gulev. In the 81st play minute Jens-Ove Malm came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rostislav Kulichev. 1-3. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Claus in the 86th minute of play. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Basham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, one of TRAFFIC FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TRAFFIC FC. The goalkeeper, Rostislav Kulichev, was totally fooled by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Tolgahan Onatkan, who 92 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The TRAFFIC FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for Rio Verde F.C CIMZ.
