In the 9th minute Jens-Ove Malm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksymilian Prusinowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Zdzislaw Biraga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amauri Félix. Zdzislaw Biraga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prosper Vandamme in the 14th minute of play. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Biraga in the 16th minute of play. Jens-Ove Malm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maksymilian Prusinowski having to make a save. Maksymilian Prusinowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Malm in the 21st minute of play. Karol Pisarcik charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Stoyadin Gulev was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 1909 Tarnovia's Maksymilian Prusinowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Malm in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, 1909 Tarnovia's Karol Pisarcik got a free kick in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prosper Vandamme in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maksymilian Prusinowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Malm, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Amauri Félix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zdzislaw Biraga in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Ove Malm in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maksymilian Prusinowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Ove Malm made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrício Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Amauri Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Biraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Marcos Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of 1909 Tarnovia booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stoyadin Gulev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amauri Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prosper Vandamme's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 68th minute Jens-Ove Malm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksymilian Prusinowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good opportunity. A sloppy throw-in by Pawel Skonieczny in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
