Bruno-Henrique Orange could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Albino Inguma made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Orange in the 17th minute of play forced Paunero's goalkeeper Albino Inguma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Eusébio Orange had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albino Inguma. Paunero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusébio Orange was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After having played for 22 minutes, Zico Orange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zico Orange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Salvador Maiorga made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Tostão Vasconcelos. In the 28th minute Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Bruno-Henrique Orange went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Bruno-Henrique Orange got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Albino Inguma quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 31 minutes into the game, Zico Orange cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Albino Inguma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35thth minute of the game Zico Orange who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paunero's Albino Inguma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Ederono in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edinho Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Salvador Maiorga in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Eusébio Orange. The supporters of Paunero booed when Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Orange didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Tostão Vasconcelos put in a rough tackle. 45 minutes into the game, one of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Edinho Pirani had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Aristide Iureș's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

The wind increased when Zico Orange made the kick off in the second half. Paunero made a substitution. Vinicio Palos replaced Cristian Peli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Orange in the 57th minute of play forced Paunero's goalkeeper Albino Inguma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Zinédine Orange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Paunero's Edinho Pirani threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tadeo Ederono, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 90th minute Ata Cante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
