After a defensive mix-up in The Irons Chorzów's zone, Håkan Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piotr Lech came out of the goal and Håkan Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Kochanowski in the 57th minute of play forced FC Jones's goalkeeper Isak Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee gave FC Jones a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Witomir Wieloch, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of The Irons Chorzów's Piotr Lech. 1-1. After 94 played minutes The Irons Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Pawlik. Håkan Landin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Piotr Lech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. FC Jones were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing The Irons Chorzów to leave the ground with a draw.
