Antônio Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Eutor in the 24th minute of the match. Fryderyk Czerner made in the 27th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Paolo Eutor however managed to control. Vinicio Aires came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara. But to his dismay, Jacinto de Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Habil Castolo got free with Antônio Borges in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antônio Borges made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Habil Castolo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, the xeneise dream team's Genaro Farias got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fryderyk Czerner during the 45th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto de Lara to make the kick off. PIRATAS TFP's Antônio Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Eutor in the 77th minute of play.
