Mattijs Robijns kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in El coca fc's zone, Teta Grande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Osasun came out of the goal and Teta Grande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Noguera in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Urtats saved Knight Of Dawn from getting behind. After 27 minutes Knight Of Dawn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yakiv Revut who took care of the corner kick. Denis Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Noguera in the 30th minute of the match. Denis Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Noguera in the 32nd minute of play. Knight Of Dawn's Teta Grande got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute Teta Grande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Osasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Knight Of Dawn's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Noguera came free, but Denis Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Klement Belko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Wen Zheng Zhen in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Knight Of Dawn's Porfírio Quirino. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Teta Grande made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Wen Zheng Zhen threw the ball into play from the sideline. Knight Of Dawn's Dimitry Samyn quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Jardel Van Landschoot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Florencio Osasun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiu Yuan Jun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Danilo Matro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Osasun. El coca fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Matro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, Knight Of Dawn could leave the field as winners, despite El coca fc having more of the ball for most of the match.
