Marco Pedriza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Godefroid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Gustavo do Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Florencio Cutberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Mats Linqvist took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Pedriza. Marco Pedriza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The throw-in from Mario Hermelando in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RACIN DE CHAWEN's Rufo Serra. 23 minutes into the match, RACIN DE CHAWEN's goalkeeper Marco Pedriza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilbert Godefroid. Florencio Cutberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Gustavo do Valle in the 27th minute of the match. Marco Pedriza was a little too slow when Dave Signoretti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-1.

Rufo Serra kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Mouricio during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV had played much better football throughout.
