In the 7th minute, Corneliu Dridu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dr Lecter SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 10th minute of play. Sebastián Junes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omid Kaulbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Abaunza in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Pere saved Dr Lecter SC from getting behind. The supporters of Dr Lecter SC booed when Celtic FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Quintin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Jacinto Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Pere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Celtic FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Romero was slow to take the kick. During this time Dr Lecter SC's players had a chance to rest. Sebastián Junes had in the 50thth minute some difficulties stopping Corneliu Dridu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Corneliu Dridu made the kick off in the second half. If Nicolas Froila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastián Junes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Corneliu Dridu's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The throw-in from 尤枫斌 in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dr Lecter SC's Dieguinho de Medeiros. When Jacinto Abaunza came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Celtic FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Abaunza couldn't finish the play. The Celtic FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dr Lecter SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Dr Lecter SC.
