After 11 minutes Valette Stars's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hélder Cavaco who took care of the corner kick. Gualter Roriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Chaine in the 12th minute of play. Adrien Tanneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo De Matteis in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, Valette Stars's Adrien Tanneau got control of the ball when Andaka Mula tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Andaka Mula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Delta FS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafail Rusev in the 34th minute of play forced Delta FS's goalkeeper Gualter Roriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualter Roriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillaume Chaine in the 37th minute of the match. Adrien Tanneau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Álvaro Vilaverde in the 39th minute. With an all-out effort, Delta FS's Adrien Tanneau threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amedeo De Matteis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adrien Tanneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo De Matteis, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andaka Mula stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcus Odin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Adrien Tanneau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andaka Mula in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrien Tanneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gualter Roriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Chaine, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Marcus Odin kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Delta FS's Marcus Odin got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute Guillaume Chaine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Roriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Valette Stars's Celso Vidigal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gualter Roriz. That made the score 1-1 after 79 minutes of play. In the 83rd minute Amedeo De Matteis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrien Tanneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andaka Mula in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrien Tanneau saved Valette Stars from getting behind. Adrien Tanneau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andaka Mula's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Gualter Roriz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Vidigal in the 90th minute. Jakob Billvall hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
