The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, László Gácsi lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Gustaw Fafinski. Reynaldo Jaume came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Hamburg Fighters's Gianluca Balla. But to his dismay, Gianluca Balla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the game, László Gácsi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustaw Fafinski. László Gácsi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Reynaldo Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Balla in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Reynaldo Jaume, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustaw Fafinski stood somewhat misplaced when László Gácsi came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 31 minute. If László Gácsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. László Gácsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Fafinski having to interfere. If Gianni Balla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Rick in the 43rd minute of the match. József Földvári kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Gianluca Balla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dinu Bocu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gianluca Balla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Jaume made a huge save. Reynaldo Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Bocu in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Szittyák SE rege was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lénárd Kósa to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Szittyák SE rege got a freekick which was hit by Lénárd Kósa. Reynaldo Jaume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gianluca Balla in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Enrico Piccirilli hit a great ball. Reynaldo Jaume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Bocu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Szittyák SE rege's Nike Cavia in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hamburg Fighters's goalie prevented a goal. Szittyák SE rege's Reynaldo Jaume proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Szittyák SE rege from getting a goal against them. Reynaldo Jaume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gianluca Balla in the 75th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Szittyák SE rege's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Bocu came free, but Reynaldo Jaume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamburg Fighters were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Szittyák SE rege's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gianni Balla took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Bocu in the 94th minute of play forced Szittyák SE rege's goalkeeper Reynaldo Jaume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cristiano Ronald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
