With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roneixon Siqueira in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Vimaro saved La Maquina 9-12-18 from getting behind. Cléberson Prestes made in the 39th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hidayet Baran however managed to control. In the 47th minute, one of La Maquina 9-12-18:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Maquina 9-12-18. Jose Vimaro had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Roneixon Siqueira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Vachon in the 55th minute of play. Gonçalo de Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Fredrik Moberg sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of La Maquina 9-12-18 booed when Espigão Steamrollers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Gil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Espigão Steamrollers's Gonçalo de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Vachon in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Vachon came free, but Gonçalo de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Vachon in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonçalo de Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 71 minutes Espigão Steamrollers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dario Gelacio who took care of the corner kick. Gonçalo de Medeiros was a little too slow when Shpëtim Kume got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-1. 80 minutes into the game, Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Vimaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 83rd minute Carmelo Vachon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match Espigão Steamrollers got a corner. La Maquina 9-12-18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oswaldo Nascimento ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Espigão Steamrollers's Oswaldo Nascimento to fire away a dangerous shot which Jose Vimaro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jose Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuri Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Maquina 9-12-18's Alberto Luken quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Otto Sudaryanto, made in the 99th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Espigão Steamrollers had played much better football throughout.
