Pipis Karapatakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jose Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipis Karapatakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cléberson Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jose Vimaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pipis Karapatakis went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, La Maquina 9-12-18's Jardel Sanches threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carmelo Vachon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jose Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 35th minute of play. Jardel Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Vachon in the 38th minute of the match. After some careless play in the La Maquina 9-12-18 defense, Pipis Karapatakis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jose Vimaro. The La Maquina 9-12-18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose Vimaro should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pipis Karapatakis in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Vimaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pipis Karapatakis. Pipis Karapatakis struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jose Vimaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grêmio FBPA. Jardel Sanches took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shpëtim Kume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Grêmio FBPA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
