With a little luck, Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev got control of the ball when Emilio Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Donciu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Werneck FC - DMZ's Emilio Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lukasz Marut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Damaso Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Donciu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Lain in the 41st minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Felix Donciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basílio Baiano's late challenge caught a Cityzens Mdz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basílio Baiano helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Werneck FC - DMZ's Basílio Baiano got a free kick in the 46th minute. Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Lain in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Machado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Larra in the 52nd minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Felix Donciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes in the game Basílio Baiano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Emilio Machado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukasz Marut in the 56th minute of play forced Werneck FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Felix Donciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Donciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Larra in the 59th minute of play. Damaso Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Damaso Lain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Felix Donciu made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Cityzens Mdz's Felix Donciu threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sixto Larra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fu Ting Nan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Luz in the 73rd minute of play forced Cityzens Mdz's goalkeeper Melkior Thorslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melkior Thorslev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Paulo Luz went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Felix Donciu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Lain in the 78th minute. Felix Donciu made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Lukasz Marut sent off a good shot on target. Zé Paulo Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jimmy Zambata made in the 95th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lukasz Marut. The Werneck FC - DMZ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
