Thomas Ravelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lakhdar Guendouz went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Lakhdar Guendouz came free, but Thomas Ravelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arsenio Claus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 60 minutes of play, GLADIADORES's Wilson Andrade made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hemza Derrida was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilson Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hemza Derrida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilson Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. César Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hemza Derrida having to interfere. Thomas Ravelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Koperski in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Salmiyah Power's zone, Anacleto Rozarius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hemza Derrida came out of the goal and Anacleto Rozarius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Anacleto Rozarius came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the GLADIADORES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Rozarius couldn't finish the play. Salmiyah Power played a much better game than GLADIADORES and deserved their victory. The GLADIADORES players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
