With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Iratzeder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valter Siöman in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alirio Oyuela saved Clube do Remo MZ from getting behind. The Artetas artilleri fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Artetas artilleri's Valter Siöman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 21st minute of the match, Didi Mello tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Epifanio Iratzeder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd match minute, Clube do Remo MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Ritchie to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Artetas artilleri's Valter Siöman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Clube do Remo MZ were furious when Daniel Namasivayam was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Brandin in the 38th minute of play. Alirio Oyuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Siöman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute Brian Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alirio Oyuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Ronconi in the 43rd minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Alirio Oyuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Russel thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Epifanio Iratzeder, a very annoying self made goal in the 88th minute which led to 1-2. When the match was over Artetas artilleri could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Clube do Remo MZ throughout the match.
