In the 8th minute of the match Barreal FC got a corner. Loco De Remate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jairo Eneko ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jairo Eneko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense did a great save. Godfredo Luix kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Barreal FC booed when Loco De Remate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Barreal FC's Joakim Giliusson got a free kick in the 17th minute. Walmir Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben-Ami Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute Barreal FC were awarded a corner. Jairo Eneko went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Adelino Corrêa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walmir Catarinense quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 25th minute Yu Guang Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Aires received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dário Tepedino came out and tried to block the shot, but Rene Aires slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. If Rene Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute Rene Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute Adelino Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Aires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Tepedino having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Adelino Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rene Aires made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Rene Aires made a precise shot to the right of Dário Tepedino. Barreal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 65 played minutes Loco De Remate got a freekick which was hit by Jerrold Barzana. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Hıdır Namal replaced Feliciano Iratxo. In the 65th match minute, Loco De Remate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrold Barzana to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Rene Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yu Guang Chen struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Walmir Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barreal FC. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Baškim Sumulikovski replaced Bruno Medero. Walmir Catarinense made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Adelino Corrêa sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Barreal FC's zone, Hıdır Namal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Tepedino came out of the goal and Hıdır Namal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Walmir Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben-Ami Gol in the 88th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Adelino Corrêa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walmir Catarinense was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 93 minutes into the match, Adelino Corrêa notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense. Walmir Catarinense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barreal FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
