Linus Fredriksson started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Linus Fredriksson in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Sorriva saved Sociedad Anónima from getting behind. Sociedad Anónima's Antonio Sorriva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Arixo in the 4th minute of play. Antonio Sorriva made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Fermin Arixo sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Sorriva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Panpili in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fermin Arixo got free with Antonio Sorriva in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Sorriva made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Fermin Arixo sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marlin FC's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Alvarez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Fredriksson came free, but Antonio Sorriva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Sociedad Anónima was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Bizoso to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fermin Arixo got free with Antonio Sorriva in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sengrat Nazario kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Velasco Rollan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Panpili scored 1-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Sorriva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Ramos Trasmiera in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Marlin FC's Giovanni Rana. 58 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Arixo came free, but Antonio Sorriva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Velasco Rollan got free with Juan Carlos Alvarez in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 minutes of play, Sociedad Anónima's Velasco Rollan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Carlos Alvarez was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Marlin FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
