The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Romeo Blăniță fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barreal FC's protests and gave Romeo Blăniță a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Loco De Remate booed when Barreal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Blăniță didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rene Aires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Loco De Remate fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Loco De Remate's Rene Aires looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Barreal FC's Dário Tepedino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hıdır Namal in the 16th minute of play. Yu Guang Chen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Walmir Catarinense made a huge save. Dário Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hıdır Namal's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Rene Aires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barreal FC's Dário Tepedino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Loco De Remate's Rene Aires in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barreal FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute, Rene Aires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dário Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 34th minute of play. After 39 minutes Barreal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leandro Virila who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Roberto Mouzo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 42nd minute, Romeo Blăniță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute of the match Leandro Virila sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dário Tepedino skillfully saved the ball. Walmir Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben-Ami Gol in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's Hıdır Namal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dário Tepedino narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Aires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Bruno Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dário Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben-Ami Gol in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute Yu Guang Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Barreal FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Sebastian Sayvion hit a great ball. Rene Aires who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Dário Tepedino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 67th minute Pablo-Enrique Scholes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Aires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Loco De Remate's Baškim Sumulikovski was substituted for Bruno Medero. Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal was substituted for Rene Aires. In the 74th match minute, Barreal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Blăniță to maneuver through the defense. Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben-Ami Gol in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hıdır Namal in the 90th minute of play forced Barreal FC's goalkeeper Dário Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dário Tepedino made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Clodoveo Christobal sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Yu Guang Chen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barreal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yu Guang Chen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walmir Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Barreal FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Loco De Remate's performance. The match ended with a win for Loco De Remate.
