In the 16th minute, one of Ciruel Academy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ciruel Academy. 20 minutes into the match, Ciruel Academy's goalkeeper Jacob Alavedra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ömer Halisdemir. In the 24th minute Sebastian Klawke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes, Mircea Balint mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciruel Academy and the Zawisza Bydgoszcz players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Ciruel Academy got a freekick which was hit by Mircea Balint. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Klawke in the 51st minute of play. Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ömer Halisdemir in the 55th minute of play. Nicolás Elenes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Kajetan Dec made a huge save. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Crispin Klander was slow to take the kick. During this time Ciruel Academy's players had a chance to rest. Orestas Ancikas kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolás Elenes in the 61st minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Kajetan Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kajetan Dec came out of the goal and Crispin Klander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 minutes, Toma Ron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciruel Academy and the Zawisza Bydgoszcz players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Ömer Halisdemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lucas Grijander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wieslaw Trzenzalski hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
