Cecilio Jax stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xiao Zhen Yun's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Xiao Zhen Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Jax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute Paulino Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Buccella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. San Martin de Tucuman's Cecilio Jax proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save San Martin de Tucuman from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Xiao Zhen Yun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Jax was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Xiao Zhen Yun might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Jax. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xiao Zhen Yun ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute Luciano Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Buccella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Xiao Zhen Yun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cecilio Jax was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Xiao Zhen Yun might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Jax. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xiao Zhen Yun ran back to his position shaking his head. H4K.BR were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after San Martin de Tucuman's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Alves took the corner. H4K.BR's Ovidiu Goanță was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cecilio Jax in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anastasio Amesti hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Xiao Zhen Yun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cecilio Jax made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xiao Zhen Yun in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Selmo to make the kick off. Bartolo Harkaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartolo Harkaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. H4K.BR were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after San Martin de Tucuman's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Alves took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ovidiu Goanță got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cecilio Jax quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. San Martin de Tucuman's Cecilio Jax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 61st minute of play. If Ahmet Ali Yücesan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. H4K.BR made a substitution. Fábio Pinho replaced Orbay Kiner. San Martin de Tucuman made a substitution. Marcial Munio replaced Luciano Selmo. Cecilio Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Zhen Yun in the 74th minute of play. San Martin de Tucuman's Cecilio Jax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Zhen Yun in the 80th minute of play. Cecilio Jax took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Travassos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xiao Zhen Yun scored 2-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cecilio Jax, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th match minute, H4K.BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor da Costa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to H4K.BR getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Severo Barbosa hit a great ball. Antonio Buccella was a little too slow when Anastasio Amesti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
