After 3 played minutes San Martin de Tucuman got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Harkaitz. Luciano Selmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Selmo in the 12th minute of play forced FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Tristan Falco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the San Martin de Tucuman defense, Sami Zübeyr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Jax. The San Martin de Tucuman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Jax should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Paulino Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Lamberto in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Sami Zübeyr notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of San Martin de Tucuman's Cecilio Jax. Cecilio Jax was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FC Maci -MM-'s Felix Lucaci got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sami Zübeyr to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, FC Maci -MM-'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paulino Lamberto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Sami Zübeyr came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the FC Maci -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sami Zübeyr couldn't finish the play. Valentin Voicu hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Tristan Falco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to FC Maci -MM- getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Martin Costeiantu hit a great ball. FC Maci -MM-'s Octavian Gaciu was substituted for Vlad Mavrogheni. FC Maci -MM- made a substitution. Gelu Bâru replaced Felix Lucaci. Martin Costeiantu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. San Martin de Tucuman made a substitution. Eugenio Orland replaced Ulises Dominguez. San Martin de Tucuman's Cecilio Jax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sami Zübeyr in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of FC Maci -MM- booed when San Martin de Tucuman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Harkaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cecilio Jax came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Maci -MM-'s Anatoly Karpov. But to his dismay, Anatoly Karpov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Maci -MM- had won after a very even match.
