Barbaros Sargan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ritchie Stansfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Walkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Ritchie Stansfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaw Zembrzuski in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute Olgierd Walkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ritchie Stansfield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olgierd Walkowski in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ritchie Stansfield saved Real Ayuntamiento CF from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Barbaros Sargan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blažej Blazejowski. Blažej Blazejowskis short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Barbaros Sargan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Barbaros Sargan was a little too slow when Pedro Cucao got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. Barbaros Sargan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blažej Blazejowski in the 42nd minute of the match. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Ritchie Stansfield played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Zembrzuski in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Feliberto Distiratsu got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olgierd Walkowski was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Pedro Cucao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Ayuntamiento CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Cucao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barbaros Sargan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kwaski Sandomierz's Jordan Henderson was substituted for Olgierd Walkowski. Kwaski Sandomierz made a substitution. Igor Kosiorek replaced Gustaw Zembrzuski. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Feliberto Distiratsu got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ritchie Stansfield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Malmström in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Real Ayuntamiento CF's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kosiorek came free, but Ritchie Stansfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barbaros Sargan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blažej Blazejowski in the 65th minute of play. But to his dismay, Pedro Cucao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Real Ayuntamiento CF made a substitution. Dariusz Szpakowski replaced Feliberto Distiratsu. Igor Kosiorek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ritchie Stansfield made a huge save. Jordan Henderson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordan Henderson in the 95th minute of play forced Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalkeeper Ritchie Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Real Ayuntamiento CF fully deserved thier win.
