Norrlands Athen's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mete Gol in the 12th minute of play. Safet Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gol in the 12th minute of play. Ernesto Emmanuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Lebron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Naldo succeeded in the game's 72nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. 78 minutes into the match, Madison's Mete Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Safet Hands narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Huang Fei Ting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Emmanuel having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Safet Hands prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Safet Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Naldo in the 85th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Gilbert Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Emmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Madison's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
