In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind SIMvergüenzas's goalkeeper Beto Rodríguez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute Oktay Eğriöz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Rodríguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nechifor Bitănescu came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the SIMvergüenzas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nechifor Bitănescu couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the match, SIMvergüenzas's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Rivas came free, but Beto Rodríguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nechifor Bitănescu in the 97th minute of play. The Paso FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
