Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Sjögren in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's Loco Palermo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mira Pene narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Georg Skoglund got a throw-in 9 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Egil Sjögren. Oktay Eğriöz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Giacomo Casanova made a huge save. In the 20th minute of the match Paso FC got a corner. Montesacro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Ayala ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mira Pene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Palermo in the 24th minute of play. Loco Palermo scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mira Pene, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Egil Sjögren took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mira Pene. Mira Pene dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Paso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Sjögren came free, but Mira Pene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Montesacro FC's Loco Palermo got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 41st match minute, Paso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Lucero to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Paso FC's Teo Cresitobalo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Teo Cresitobalo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Paso FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Teo Cresitobalo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Paso FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Montesacro FC:s goal. Paso FC:s Mira Pene showed great skill when he stopped Loco Palermo:s penalty. The Paso FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Montesacro FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramon Burni made a kick off. In the 58th minute, Montesacro FC's Loco Palermo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mira Pene. Mira Pene yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Paso FC's Denis Rivas was substituted for Oktay Eğriöz. 61 minutes into the match, Paso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Sjögren came free, but Mira Pene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paso FC's Mira Pene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Palermo in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Fabio Fornos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montesacro FC the free kick. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Fabio Fornos hit a great ball. 69 minutes in the game, Egil Sjögren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mira Pene having to interfere. In the 74th minute Loco Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mira Pene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Jenaro got a throw-in 76 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Juliusz Julien. Georg Skoglund hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Mira Pene made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egil Sjögren in the 81st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egil Sjögren got free with Mira Pene in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egil Sjögren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Mira Pene made a huge save. Mira Pene didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Egil Sjögren came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mira Pene could save by the left post. Montesacro FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
