In the 22nd minute, Crisólia FBPA's Lucas Beltran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jens-Åke Källberg. Jens-Åke Källberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael Toscano. Crisólia FBPA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torgny Landin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 29 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Crisólia FBPA's Ismael Toscano. Ismael Toscano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jens-Åke Källberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Landin in the 36th minute of play forced Crisólia FBPA's goalkeeper Ismael Toscano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Crisólia FBPA booed when Boca Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Blom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Torgny Landin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Torgny Landin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Toscano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
